The Night Before
- Choose the outfit together — Solid colors photograph best. Avoid logos, busy patterns, and neon colors.
- Lay everything out — Reduces morning stress and forgotten items.
- Check for stains or wrinkles — Quick iron or steamer if needed.
- Early bedtime — Well-rested kids photograph better!

When will I receive my gallery link?
Gallery links are typically sent via email within 2-3 weeks after picture day. Check your spam/promotions folder if you don't see it. Still nothing after 3 weeks? Contact us with your child's name and school.
I didn't get an email. What do I do?
First, check your spam folder and search for "Austin School Photography." If it's not there, make sure your school has your current email address. You can also contact us with your child's name and school, and we'll resend it.
Can I see the photos before buying?
Yes! That's the whole point. You'll see all poses from your child's session in your private gallery before you spend a penny.
How long do I have to order?
Your gallery stays active for 60 days after picture day. After that, images are archived. We recommend ordering within the first few weeks.
How long does shipping take?
Print orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. Digital downloads are available immediately. You'll get tracking info when prints ship.
What if my child was absent?
Most schools have a retake/make-up day. Check with your school office for the date. Your child can be photographed then.
What if my child didn't smile?
We work hard to capture genuine expressions, but some days are tough. If retake day is available, your child can try again. Otherwise, browse all poses—sometimes the "non-smile" shots capture personality beautifully.
Can I order more later?
Yes! Order as many times as you want while your gallery is active. Need reprints after the gallery closes? Contact us—we keep archives and can often help.
Are photos shared publicly?
Never. Your gallery is private and password-protected. Only people with your unique link can see your child's photos.
What if there's a problem with my order?
Contact us! If there's a quality issue or something's wrong with your prints, we'll make it right. Your satisfaction matters to us.
