   Contact us with your event date, time, and location. We'll confirm availability and provide a quote based on your estimated coverage time.

2. Pre-Event Planning

   We'll discuss the event schedule, key moments to capture, any specific shots you need, and logistics like photographer positioning.

3. Event Day

   Our photographer arrives early to scout the venue and set up. We capture comprehensive coverage throughout the event.

4. Editing & Delivery

   Images are professionally edited within 1-2 weeks. You'll receive a link to your online gallery with all photos.

5. Share & Order

   Share the gallery link with families. They can view, download, and order prints directly. School receives full download access.
